Deep Sky Flight LLC offers a flight training program that provides appointment reminders and confirmation texts to our users.
Users can expect to receive messages related to their scheduled flight training sessions, reminders of upcoming appointments, and confirmations of booking details.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and participation in any product or service offered by Deep Sky Flight Training (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking, paying, or participating in any of our offerings, you (“Student” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Our Programs & Products
We currently offer three distinct products:
1.1 Street-to-Seat Program
Our Street-to-Seat package is designed to take you from zero experience to your first solo flight within approximately 15 flight hours (plus up to 3 bonus hours).
Pricing: $3,950 upfront OR $1,000 deposit + $2,950 balance due 7 days prior to your intake start date
Inclusions:
Up to 18 hours of flight training
Ground theory instruction
Pre- and post-flight briefings
Outcome: The program prepares you to safely complete your first supervised solo flight. This program does not include a Private Pilot Licence.
1.2 Fast Track PPL Program
The PPL Fast Track Program is a structured pathway to achieving your Private Pilot Licence.
Pricing: $15,000 total, payable in three staged instalments:
$5,000 deposit to secure enrolment
$5,000 at 15 logged flight hours
$5,000 at 30 logged flight hours
Inclusions:
Up to 45 hours of structured flight training
Ground theory classes and exam prep
Pre- and post-flight briefings
Outcome: Completion of the program prepares you to achieve your Private Pilot Licence, provided all regulatory requirements are met (see Section 6).
1.3 Discovery Flight
The Discovery Flight is an introductory flying experience designed to give you a taste of what it’s like to fly.
Pricing: $199 (discounted for Street-to-Seat applicants; normally $249)
Inclusions:
60-minute flight experience
Instructor-guided hands-on control of the aircraft
Pre-flight safety briefing and facility tour
Outcome: This flight is introductory only and does not guarantee enrolment in any training program. However, if you choose to join Street-to-Seat or Fast Track PPL within 30 days, your Discovery Flight fee can be credited toward your enrolment.
2. Payment Terms
Deposits & Upfront Payments:
Deposits for Street-to-Seat and Fast Track PPL are non-refundable as they secure limited intake slots.
Discovery Flight payments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
Balance Payments:
Street-to-Seat balances are due 7 days before your intake start date. Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of your reserved spot.
Fast Track PPL instalments are due at the agreed training milestones (15 and 30 flight hours).
Non-Payment:
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension of training until the account is up to date.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Street-to-Seat & Fast Track PPL:
Deposits are non-refundable once your intake is booked.
Refunds for remaining unused training hours after withdrawal are assessed case-by-case and at our sole discretion.
Discovery Flights:
Discovery Flights are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
4. Training Hours & Safety
Included training hours are based on average student progress.
Should you require additional hours beyond your included package to safely achieve your solo or PPL milestones, these will be billed separately at our standard hourly training rate.
Safety is our highest priority. You will only be cleared for solo or licence assessments when our instructors deem you ready and safe.
5. Intake Capacity & Scheduling
We operate on a monthly intake model, with enrolments limited to 10 students per month to maintain a high-quality training experience.
Intakes fill quickly and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your preferred intake is full, we will offer you the next available start date.
6. Licensing & Regulatory Requirements
To fly solo or obtain a Private Pilot Licence, you must meet FAA regulatory requirements, including:
Holding a valid FAA Medical Certificate
Obtaining a Student Pilot Certificate
Providing a valid government-issued photo ID
Completing the minimum required flight hours and passing both theory and practical assessments
Important: You may begin training without a medical certificate but will need one before your first solo flight.
7. Liability & Acknowledgement
By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that:
Flight training involves inherent risks.
You will follow all instructor directions and safety protocols.
We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, aircraft availability, or regulatory updates.
8. Agreement
By booking, paying, or participating in any of our programs, you:
Confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
Understand the payment structures and refund policies for your selected program
Accept responsibility for meeting all regulatory and enrolment requirements
